Yiyao Wang

Yiyao Wang is our legal assistant. She is a member of the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Practice Group. Her core expertise covers corporate finance transactions, acting for issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Shanghai Stock Exchanges and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and she provides legal services to listed companies on corporate compliance matters.
