Advised Citic Securities Company Limited, CCB International Holdings Limited, BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited and other underwriters on the proposed listing of Seny Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. pursuant to Chapter 18C of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX)
Advised Citic Securities Company Limited, Longsoon Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and other underwriters on the proposed A+H dual listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX)
Advised CCB International Holdings Limited and other underwriters on the proposed listing of Midodo (provisional translation) on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX)

Participated in establishing and managing investment funds with an aggregate asset under management of US$399 million and preparatory works for uplifting the SFC Type 9 (Asset Management) license to manage portfolios with virtual asset, successfully secured Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) qualification from the CSRC, negotiated with PRC state-owned enterprises regarding a proposed joint venture cooperation agreement, advising the board of directors on connected and notifiable transactions, including term extensions for fund share subscriptions
