We do not disclose or transfer your personal data to third parties without your prior consent, unless to parties specified in the PICS or permitted under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance or other legislations and regulations, or for protection of our rights and interests.

Direct Marketing

We may also use your personal data collected to carry out direct marketing of our firm’s products and services. However, we may not so use your personal data unless we have firstly obtained your consent.

Your continued access to our website or your continued relationship with us will be deemed to be your acceptance of and consent to this Privacy Policy Statement as amended from time to time.
