Andy Zhao is a legal assistant at Edwin Kwok & Co, based in the firm’s Hong Kong office. He is a member of the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Practice Group. His core expertise covers corporate finance transactions and capital raising. He has represented issuers in initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and provides legal services on corporate compliance to listed companies.
