Yu Wang

Yu Wang is a legal assistant at Edwin Kwok & Co, based in the firm’s Hong Kong office. She is a member of the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Practice Group. Her experience covers corporate finance and capital markets transactions, as well as dispute resolution matters. She has been involved in initial public offerings (IPOs) in Hong Kong and mainland China, and has experience in civil litigation, family law and real estate transactions in Australia.
