Edwin Kwok & Co represented the issuer as its US legal counsel in the IPO of Bayzed Health Group Inc (“Bayzed Health”, 2609.HK) led by CMB International (as sole sponsor, overall coordinator, sole global coordinator, sole bookrunner and joint lead manager), and Futu Securities International (as joint lead manager) in. The offering size was approximately HK$900 million (approximately US$115 million).
Bayzed Health is an oncology healthcare group that principally engages in the investment in and provision of medical related services in China. The group currently operates eight hospitals in Beijing, Tianjin, Anhui Province, Shanxi Province and Henan Province. In 2023 among all private oncology healthcare groups in China, Bayzed Health ranks the first for the number of screening and early detection of cancer centers; and ranks the fourth in terms of the oncology rehabilitation revenue.
