• Represented Bestzeal Medical as its U.S. legal counsel in its Hong Kong listing and initial public offering (IPO).
• Advised Citic Securities Construction Investment, CCB International, BOCOM International and other underwriters on the proposed listing of Seny Intelligence under Chapter 18C of the [Hong Kong Stock Exchange] Listing Rules.
• Advised Citic Securities Construction Investment, Dragon Speed Semiconductor and other underwriters on the proposed A+H dual listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).
• Advised CCB International and other underwriters on the proposed Main Board listing of Midodo on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

Litigation and arbitration

• Acted as counsel and secured a favorable judgment in an execution objection lawsuit.
• Represented the client and obtained a successful verdict in a civil lawsuit involving equity repurchase disputes.
• Secured a win for the client in a case concerning tort liability disputes.
• Handled labor arbitration and commercial arbitration cases.
• Represented the client in the second-instance and retrial stages of an administrative lawsuit.
• Provided criminal defense for a suspect accused of the crime of concealing or covering up proceeds of crime.
