• Advised Citic Securities Company Limited, CCB International Holdings Limited, BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited and other underwriters on the proposed listing of Seny Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. pursuant to Chapter 18C of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX).
• Advised Citic Securities Company Limited, Longsoon Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and other underwriters on the proposed A+H dual listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX).
• Advised CCB International Holdings Limited and other underwriters on the proposed listing of Midodo (provisional translation) on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX).
• Represented a leading Chinese health technology company in assisting its cross-border acquisition of a premium health brand.
• Acted as Hong Kong legal counsel for RemeGen Co., Ltd. (“RemeGen”, HKEX: 9995, SHA: 688331) in connection with the exclusive license agreement entered into with Vor Biopharma Inc. (“Vor Bio”, NASDAQ: VOR), a Nasdaq-listed biotech company.
• Acted as Hong Kong legal counsel for the exclusive license agreement entered into between RemeGen Co., Ltd. (“RemeGen”, HKEX: 9995, SHA: 688331) and Healthy Bio-Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
• Advised a Chinese hemodialysis service company on its listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC.
• Advised a Chinese internet integrated marketing service provider on its listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC.
• Advised a Chinese graphite mining company on its listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC.
• Advised a leading mining company on the issuance of its convertible bonds.
