Edwin Kwok & Co is please to announce that its role as underwriter counsel for the issuance of approximately USD49 Million (CNY350 Million) 6.95 per cent. guaranteed bonds due 2026 by Wansheng International (BVI) Co. Ltd, which is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Pingdu City Development Group Co., Ltd (“PDCD”). The bonds are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by PDCD. The proceeds from this offering will be used for project construction, trading procurement and replenishment of working capital.
PDCD is one of the key local infrastructure investment and financing companies in Pingdu City, Shandong Province. The company’s core responsibilities include infrastructure construction and maintenance, land development, and the construction of resettlement housing in Pingdu City’s southern new area and western new city. PDCD also provides vital public services such as water supply and bus operations. In addition to its public service role, the company is engaged in commercial activities including industrial park development, property leasing, and trading.
